Recently, I’ve been asking myself this in my meditations.
Who am I?
What am I?
And then I sit still and listen.
I haven’t always been able to do this.
I used to be dreadfully uncomfortable sitting alone with my own thoughts.
I used to only be able to do guided meditations that involved affirmations, or visualizations, otherwise my mind would go crazy.
But over the last several months I started sitting in silence for an hour each morning before I started my day.
All of a sudden, songs started coming.
As much as I love manifesting and co-creating with the Divine, there’s something so powerful about just getting out of the way and letting Spirit work through you…as you.
That’s how I felt when this song came to me.
Like I was being used as a channel, delivering a message from my Higher Self to … well, myself.
This one’s called “All That Is and Will Ever Be”.
It’s still rough, but I’m enjoying playing more and getting comfortable with it before I actually record it.
I’m only sharing this with my Diary of a Musical Mystic subscribers as this feels like a safe place to do so.
With Love and Light ✨

Lyrics:
All that is and will ever be
I’m not the beater of my heart
I’m not the the breather of my lungs
I’m not the thinker of my thoughts
I’m not the seeker who is lost
I am part of the One
I’m not the voices in my head
I’m not the doubts that the make me play
So small
I’m not the mistakes that I made
I’m not that money that I make
I am no one thing at all
Chorus
I am love
I am light
I am earth
I am sky
I am part of the divine
I am wild and free
I’m the birds
I’m the breeze
I’m the dirt
I’m the trees
I’m a cosmic mystery
Cause I am all that is
And will ever be
I’m not the family that I chose
I’m not the place where I was born
I’m not the rat that’s in the race
I’m not these lines across my face
I am so much more
Chorus
Bridge
I am, I am
All that is and will ever be
I am, I am
I am life force energy
I am, I am
All that is and will ever be
I am, I am
I am life force energy
Love love love this one!! 🔥❤️
Got chills on this one. And I am inspired to sit in stillness with a question. I too have struggled to meditate without guided words or a coach, but it feels like a good time, and a good way, to revisit what’s possible.
